We will build your own procurement portal depending on the measures and controls that you need to implement such as:-

  • Content control – you choose the products that appear on your portal – you have control. By restricting the products to pre-approved lines only our customers have seen significant savings in stopping ad hoc spend.This leads to product rationalisation and a more focused product spend bringing down cost and ensuring products are fit for purpose
  • Site specific products – we understand not all sites have the same requirements especially when it comes to PPE and uniform. We can show the order originator only the products that relate to their site or their job role enabling compliance control and removing common obstacles of instances where one site questions why another can have something different. Ultimately this leads to streamlined, efficient issuing of safety equipment, PPE, uniform & tools.
  • Management Information we can provide in depth reporting broken down by product, site, personnel, cost centres, order originators and end users. At the point of order our system can collect any information that you stipulate such as employee name, purpose or job number, cost centre, line manager approval, or importantly a field that may be unique to your business needs. This data collection leads to unrivalled reporting options.

Although this is not a new concept, it is still an extremely valid proposition for any procurement department. Consolidated Invoicing and EDI

In some cases our customers welcome consolidated invoicing.

Depending on the quantity of invoices and cost centres that apply to your business we can help to further reduce accounts administration by offering consolidated invoicing based on open purchase orders for companies that can accommodate this structure.

The alternative is to set up your invoicing using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) – broadly speaking we can enable our systems to talk to yours meaning that invoices are directly inputted into your system. Our experience shows that both consolidated invoicing and EDI either used on their own or in some cases together drastically reduces workload on invoice administration.

Supply Chain Integrity

We as a company feel professionally and morally responsible to paying due diligence to our supply chain integrity. We vet our suppliers to make sure that the products that we provide are technically correct and representative of their specification. We also ensure that our products are sourced ethically and with a transparent supply chain we promote and ensure sustainable sourcing practices.

As a Managing Agent we take ownership of the entire process of obtaining fit for purpose products, PPE, Tools and Uniform, and issuing to your staff as required; nomadic or otherwise. This service allows you to focus on your core activity and through our online solution gives you full visibility on the activity surrounding this area of expenditure. In addition to the savings enjoyed by out sourcing this critical service to us as your Managing Agent the “One Stop Shop” platform allows for less protracted ordering and reduces the number of entries on the purchase ledger.
